The three-bedroom flat on offer here is situated on Strausberger Platz and forms part of the famous 'Zuckerbäcker' architectural ensemble, which was built in East Berlin in the 1950s. It is one of Berlin's most interesting cultural monuments.
The flat is on the first floor and measures approx. 91 m². It is in need of renovation; the building itself was refurbished between 2000 and 2002, including the windows (double-glazed), pipework, bathrooms and heating system. The building, and therefore the flat, is supplied with district heating.
The three rooms are spacious. There is also an 11 m² kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The flat also has a storage room and sufficient space in the hallway for a coat rack.
